Located below the main villa, the private suites offer a quieter and more flexible way to stay at Mer & Sel. Each suite has its own entrance and patio, with Mayreau-view outdoor space and access to a small kitchen shared only by the two downstairs suites.
Mayreau View Private Suites
Private suite-style stays with views and outdoor space.
The suites are independent from the main residence and can be requested individually, together, or with the villa. They are not basic rooms or a hotel block; the feel is simple, private, and connected to the same view as the rest of the property.
Each suite is about 305 sq ft / 28 m², with a private entrance, patio, king sleeping setup, walk-in bathroom, air-conditioning, small in-room fridge for storing food and drinks, Starlink internet, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle.
Shared Kitchen & Patio
Space to keep longer stays flexible.
The suite patio gives guests a private outdoor place to sit, read, and look toward the water. On the same level, a small kitchen is shared only between the two downstairs suites. It includes a microwave, a small electric oven, and a small gas stove for simple meals and longer stays that need more independence.
Both the suites and the shared kitchen area enjoy beautiful open views, so even practical moments like making coffee or preparing a light meal stay connected to the landscape.
